I worked as a Learning and Development Program Manager with Australia’s largest telecoms operator. Our team implemented and managed (as a service) a senior leadership development program focused on enhancing senior leadership effectiveness and capacity to deliver business results. We also designed and implemented an innovative and immersive onboarding program for senior executives, focusing on making an impact in their first 180 days. Both these programmes were recognised by the client as being highly innovative and impactful and received strong feedback amongst the senior executive community within Telstra.
