Transformation through people

Our client, Coca-Cola Hellenic Ireland identified a need to adapt and streamline how they operated so that they could respond more quickly to the changing needs and demands of consumers and trade customers. They requested a rapid enterprise-wide organisation review to develop management layer optimisation and restructuring plans. 

The General Manager liked our collaborative, inclusive approach that used a combination of experience, facilitation and benchmarking to enable function leaders to quickly challenge their own organisations and see improvement opportunity.

Together we identified 30+ organisation redesign initiatives to increase organisational agility and align better to business strategy.  These initiatives were shaped into a company-wide restructure proposal at which point 246 Consulting supported senior leadership and HR with detailed implementation planning and delivery. 

We continue to work with Coca-Cola Hellenic Ireland on additional future-focused organisation development initiatives.
