Transformation through people

As part of a company-wide efficiency initiative, I led an enterprise cost reduction review and opportunity identification project looking at back-office functions in an Irish consumer business organisation. We identified, quantified and validated immediate and longer-term efficiency opportunities across Finance, HR and Customer Service teams. These represented approximately 15% annualised operating cost saving opportunity. The efficiencies arose through simplification, removal of duplicative roles, reducing management layers and taking out redundant activities.
